Has 15 summer operational experience in metallurgy, 7 summer operational experience on supervising posts on leading enterprise of ferrous metallurgy of the Russian Federation (Open Society «Magnitogorsk steel works): working out of the "know-how" and development of new kinds of innovative production, development of the new process equipment, approval of new kinds of innovative production at the Russian and foreign motor-car manufacturers, manufacturers of autocomponents and home appliances.

Has more than 80 scientific publications and 50 patents.

Certificated auditor ISO of the international level.
